Click & Collect Service
You can choose the collection date and an approximate time that suits you. For opening hours check our About Us page.
Orders placed before 4:00pm can be collected from tomorrow from 8:30am. Orders placed after 4:00pm can be collected from tomorrow 11:00am onward.
Your order will be ready for collection at the approximate time you set.
Delivery Service
Our delivery service is available from 10:00am to 5:00pm Mon to Fri and 10:00am to 12:00pm Saturday.
For same day delivery, orders need to be received by 12 noon. Although, It may be possible to deliver after that but please phone us to find out. At busy times, Christmas, Valentines and Mother's Day, it is advisable to order in advance to ensure delivery on a given day.

- 5 mile radius from Shop: £4.99
- Outer Areas: £5.99 (Inc. Almondsbury, Bradley Stoke, Patchway, Aust, Tytherington, Charfield, Hill and surrounding areas)
- Furthest Areas: £6.99 (Inc. Severn Beach, Pilning, Easter Compton, Berkeley, Filton, and surrounding area)

Recipient Not Home
In the event that we are unable to make a delivery because the recipient is not at home then we will either leave your order with a neighbour or return it to the shop. A card will be left informing them along with our address and telephone number.
